September 5, 2010 – Today’s Dr. Mitch Show was chock full of integrative medical information, as well as lots of laughs. Our special guest, Jeremy LaFebre, an audiologist-turned-organic farmer, presented many wonderful suggestions on how to create and maintain your own organic garden. Surprisingly little effort can yield an incredible crop of produce, including a large variety of fresh fruits, herbs and vegetables. Dr. Mitch was so thrilled with the concept, he invited Jeremy to his home that same afternoon to discuss crop varieties and protocols for placement of the various veggies. Dr. Mitch soon discovered that one does not need a large tract of land for this endeavor. In fact, within a short time, a whole array of herbs and vegetables was laid out on his condominium balcony, with little to no fuss.
Dr. Mitch also answered numerous questions from his audience, which now spans from Miami to Martin County, as well as Tampa in Florida; Memphis, Tennessee; Little Rock, Arkansas; along with parts of Missouri and Mississippi. Dr. Mitch welcomes all callers with any questions related to health – or organic gardening! Please join him on the Dr. Mitch Show every Sunday from 12 to 3 at www.850wftl.com.
